“Morning yoga gets me start of the week. Specially after weekends off, I thoroughly enjoy class every morning. It is gentle yoga, but sometimes stretches my capability. Lisa instructs us through a 30 minute practice that just passes so quickly. I really recommend anyone who is getting old age.

I find the morning classes are such a positive start to the day, I'm much more present in the class and it centres me more for the day. For me the evening classes required a lot of will power and organisation to get to there which could sometimes feel like it was defeating the objective.
And yes, it is a little more challenging on days when I need to be in the office and so I do need to get ready before class, and after a quick change of clothes I can be on the 8am train - smiling.”
