This class is to help you sleep. What you'll get:

  • Mindfulness practices 
  • Breath work 
  • Yoga nidra 

Plus a chance to participate, ask questions and hear what works for people.

You will also have access to my Sleep Work Book to help you find a way forward towards better sleep habits.
