FINDING STEADINESS, mindfulness program for creating inner stability and living well

My aim is to take you on a journey towards living your life with ease and confidence. Yes I said "Ease and Confidence".
This course is for anyone who struggles to find a sense of self in the experience of life.
Putting this more simply, there are times when we really do struggle to be.
FINDING STEADINESS is not about making a leap towards a big life change, that might happen and if it does it will be because you know it to be right rather than reacting to circumstances.
FINDING STEADINESS is about you getting a grip on your self, taking a step back. I call this process,  Stop Look and Listen. See the bigger picture of your life and then begin taking small steps to integrate change into your day to to day through living mindfully and with deliberate purpose.
Taking steps towards constructive change but tweaking habits and ways of being.
To find steadiness in your life you first need to FIND STEADINESS in yourself. 
We need to be able to feel steady and capable. Manage feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.
From a place of steadiness that we are able to move with confidence, renewed inner strength and stability.
This course is an invitation to work with me for 12 months and is a useful partner for you if are already attending my classes already.
You don't have do or have any knowledge of yoga to get the benefits from this program.
What will you learn.
First is a 6 week On-Line program where we will make a start, see this as a journey toward a better self and beginning to live life on our terms.

Starting with how to curate your exit strategy for the first 7 days followed by a weekly checking and mindfulness program.

You will find ways to cope and manage stress. Seeing patterns of behaviour and finding easy ways to tweak habits enabling positive and healthier actions and reactions.
No more flying of the handle, rather getting a grip of your self.
There is time for reflection. 
You will learn how to set and maintain healthy goals and live aligned to your values.

Included in the Monthly fee is:-
Access to 8 On-Line yoga or mindfulness classes a month.
Quarterly 1:1 coaching, yoga practice, mindfulness or just talking through your progress. 
Finding Sleep program.

REFUNDS

This is a 12 month commitment to yourself and takes commitment from both sides. I am with you on this journey and can shape the program to individual needs.
This is why I don't offer this work as a 6  week only course. It takes time to process and embody change within us. There are times when we need a system to hold us in place whilst we grow. 
However if you find this is not for you can cancel your subscription after the first two months which covers the time and cost of the initial 6 week program.
