Lifestyle
It's truly difficult to know where to start with living an intentional life or living with purpose. Most people are simply too busy to stop and it my experience that something will make us stop. Life happens, it just does.
A state of crisis can be an opportunity to stop, look and listen. Anyone familiar with this saying from the green cross code which was used the teach children about road safety.
No one teaches us how to live safely outside of health and safety and risk assessments in the work place there are times when life can feel like a high risk experience.
All we can be is mindful, alert to our thoughts and how we might react to them. If we use this as a base line foundation to living well we can navigate the challenges before they seep into our consciousness and take over our inner workings.
This can help us to cope and is a tool for resilience, then when we hit the big stuff we might prevent a breakdown.
Thinking about de cluttering?

Retreats
I don't have any retreats scheduled at this time. However you can see what I do and how I work with other people to bring you rest and relaxation with inspiration to maintain your continued progress at home.
I can curate and manage weekend retreats for organisations or groups of friends who just want to focus on their sense of wellbeing for a short time.
I work with other health and wellness people and can offer a wide program of support for wellbeing. Offering inspiration, help and support for diet, mindfulness, sleep therapy, and techniques to manage stress and anxiety in beautiful setting.
Check out My Ibiza retreat and perhaps try to create this at home using the blog as a guide.

Sustainability
The Sleep Better Community CIC is a non profit organisation and I give a profit share to organisations in my communities that support these who experience homelessness and poverty
I gave up my car a long time ago and will either walk where I can to clients or use public transport. It's a conscious decision to go slow, although I think a car journey isn't always the quickest route. But this way I can check in with nature, look out of the window on a train and for me use my time better.
There is also a choice.
Working On-Line enables me to be more available to clients as I do like to travel am able to work remotely.
As a member of 1% for the planet I seek to make changes to how I live. See my blog for some ideas on where to start.
