I started Lisaβs sleep course when I was at a low point with sleep. I was exhausted and in a vicious circle where poor sleep led to even worse sleep. Lisa helped me to understand what was causing this and the steps I needed to take to reverse the pattern. Having completed the course I am now on the other side, regularly sleeping for an extra hour and a half each night β over 10 hours extra sleep a week. I am also noticing a significant improvement in the quality of my sleep and an improvement in my general mood and energy levels. Lisa has given me a range of tools to help me make further progress with my sleep, leaving me confident that I can keep the progress up.
